About Alison:
Graduate of Shaker High School, UAlbany, and Western New England School of Law, where she attended classes at night.
After law school, Alison served in the distinguished role of Appellate Court Attorney for New York’s Third Judicial Department. Alison has been an Attorney for 17 years.
As a former prosecutor with the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, Alison pursued felony and misdemeanor charges — including domestic violence, sexual assault and internet crimes —protecting the most vulnerable in our community.
As Assistant General Counsel for the Public Employees Federation (PEF), an AFL-CIO union with over 50,000 members and one of the largest public-sector unions in America, Alison fights to protect workers’ rights.
A mother of two sons, Alison serves on the board of the North Colonie Youth Baseball Association.
