Keep Ellen Rosano

Ellen Rosano has lived in the Town of Colonie for over seven decades. For over 40 years, she worked for Albany County, beginning in the Department of Social Services and later as a caseworker at the Albany County Nursing Home. From 2012-2021, Rosano served on the Town of Colonie’s Conservation Advisory Committee. She has also volunteered in numerous other capacities, including as a Religious Education Teacher, and secretary for her New York State United Teachers local, which she helped establish and that represents professional and supervisory staff. She also volunteered for the Westland Hills Little League for over 25 years, serving over 1,000 children. Rosano and her husband are the parents of two and grandparents of six.
